When the countdown has ended or all tickets have been sold the winner of the pot is randomly chosen among the ticket holders
% of the pot stay inside for the next round
If a round attracts only one player the whole pot will be distributed
This round is limited to a maximum of tickets
In each round every address is limited to a maximum of tickets
